ORDERS –HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

• 1. Sign Up as a member on Ktalyshop online:                                 

• Order confirmation emails and order-related communication will be sent to the email address you provided during Guest Checkout. Please make sure you provide a valid email address.

• Enter the relevant shipping information, after checkout and payment, wait for delivery. 

• This method of checkout is via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Alipay etc.

• P.S. The price is set as the Hong Kong Dollar. (For international delivery, please convert Hong Kong dollars into your country’s currency for calculation of the products and shipping fees. )

• 2. WhatsApp our Customer Service Representative with items codes:                                                        Placing an order on our WhatsApp is simple! Just follow these easy steps.:

Step 1. Register as a member of the Ktalyshop website, click on your favorite product, add it to the shopping cart, and select 'bank transfer/deposit/cash' when checkout. (No payment required at this moment). 
Or, you could browse the up-to-date products in Ktalyshop.com, And with item(s) that you like, mark the item(s) code number down, add to your own list.

Step 2. Please save the selected product information (Order info.) in the shopping Cart in your member account and send it to our Customer Service Representative for processing through WhatsApp! Ktaly WhatsApp number is (+852 6271 0004). 
Or,  please input the item(s) code number, with the product’s quantity that you need, your preferred size, color (if applicable), to our WhatsApp.  (E.g.: item(s) code number/ Inventory unit/ Product Code: JXZDBYB0008).

Step 3. Our WhatsApp Customer Service Representative will confirm you with the item(s), quantity, and amount that you are going to buy. Please also provide your email address to the WhatsApp Customer Service Representative as well.

Step 4. Afterthat, you will receive a Order confirmation email and you could follow the payment steps in the email so as to finish check out procedures.

Step 5. After checkout, please send the bank deposit receipt to our customer service representative via WhatsApp for a record. You will receive a confirmation email as well as your order details in your email.

How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation notice in your email address, which includes your order details.
